Hand Made Mexican Paper Flowers

These wonderful and durable paper flowers are made for use during the Mexican Day of the Dead. It is a big sort of local cottage industry here - making paper flowers - because flowers are pretty much out of season - real ones are - and they are expensive. So nearly everyone buys paper flowers and they take them out to their relatives' gravesites and decorate their graves with them. It is the main thing they do here in Ojinaga for the Day of the Dead. I ordered a massive amount of these for a wedding caterer in California, and she only took half of the ones I ordered, so I started selling the rest just to get my money back, and it turns out that people really like them and I have since sold a lot of them. You can use them for whatever you want, but frankly, I think they are just great to put on an altar - especially a Day of the Dead altar. I am selling them in lots of one half dozen, but if you contact me, I can sell any amount.

These come in several different colors, but the pink ones are far and away the most popular.
